The staff was friendly and provided excellent support when my original room did not meet expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful after the first night, perfect for relaxation.

While the area is beautiful, the initial accommodation could use improvements. I encountered some issues that detracted from the overall experience.

The room is updated and big and essentials you need, including climate control and a work desk, is right there. The staff is excellent and amiable and accommodates all of guests' needs. The hotel offers marvellous and unbeatable location so close to the pond.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room and really appreciated how Tamara helped me switch to a much nicer room when I had issues with my first one. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and I enjoyed unwinding at the lovely outdoor space as well. The bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, but overall it was a great stay! 😊

Being centrally located made it super easy to check out nearby landmarks.

I had a comfortable visit, despite some small issues. The area offered easy access to many attractions. I enjoyed the serene location, especially the pond out front. It reminded me of a quiet refuge. As an art historian, I appreciated the nothing noisy while I was exploring nearby sites.

The details could use improvement. A few features did not function correctly, like the faucet spraying everywhere and missing a key for the deadbolt. I felt these factors affected my stay.

The staff were friendly, always ready to assist and provide recommendations for local attractions. The motel was quiet after the first night, great for restful sleep. Tamara's dedication to finding me a better room was excellent and. The amenities provided met my family's needs well, particularly the spacious layout of the Beautiful Room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. After the first night, it was very quiet, a relief. Tamara were really good too get me a different room when my initial one had issues and this new room was 100x better than the first, I mean, we could actually relax.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable enough for what we got.
